Typical to her indefatigable drive and esteemed fashion acumen Namibian rapper Lioness strikes us again with a collaboration with award-winning designer Foxxy.
What intrigued Lioness the most about Foxxy’s clothing is the unconditioned confidence that it gives women. She describes them as outstanding and sassy yet simple at the same time.
Similarly, the artist has always been drawn to fashion.
“I have always loved fashion. I have tons of clothing that I love putting together and play dress up. Its all fun for me and apart from music, fashion is my thing,” she admitted.
This collection contains 10 exclusive pieces which will launch tomorrow.
Other projects
The rapper has previously worked on a collaboration with Simeone, Cliq x SynEdgy last year and aspires to collaborate with many more artists across Africa.
Furthermore, she encouraged her fellow artists to focus more on branding themselves as it attracts future investors.
“The way you present yourself is how seriously people are going to take you. You need to make an impression and make people interested in investing in you as a brand. Talent isn’t always all that is needed, but you need to be the artist you think you are,” she said.
