Act it out and win with NTN

Act it out challenge by the National Theatre of Namibia a chance for new actors to surface.

Don’t know what trendy challenge to jump on next? Here is one that is Namibian and one that can get you an opportunity of a lifetime too!  There is a call to entry were one can test their acting skills by entering the National Theatre of Namibia’s (NTN) act it out challenge 2020. The competition was launched in March and the closing date is on the 17th of April 2020 and will see the best actors, up and coming as well as established actors put on their best games in monologue. 

What makes this year’s challenge more exciting is that they will be using some monologues extracted from six theatre scripts by Namibian playwrights. You are tasked to pick one, memorize, prep, record and post videos of you acting out the monologues and don’t forget to tag @nationaltheatreofnamibia using hashtag #actitoutNTN that’s how you enter the competition. 

The campaign will see one winner walk away with all-year access to NTN production programmes 2020/21, with a partner. The finalists will be selected by a committee and the winner will be announced on 22 April 2020.
