AfriNam is Namibia’s influencer haven

AfriNam is Namibia’s space and platform for social media influencers such as bloggers, vloggers and online content creators.

The agency offers marketing and IT solutions and has taken marketing events and products to a new height. The agency was very pivotal in marketing The Aqua Fest event among many other projects.

AfriNam started off the year on a big note requesting for Namibian influencers and content creators to join their team. They were looking for influencers with more than 1000 followers on their social media platforms who specialise in creating content for travel, beauty, fitness, music, lifestyle and fashion.

So far their team is made up of YouTubers such as Planet Michaels, a popular YouTube lifestyle vlog channel.

Another duo who are also on AfriNam’s list is King Gucci and Cassije Jessica who are one of the most popular creators of comedy sketches, dance videos and promotional videos in Namibia. King Gucci and Cassije Jessica have a huge social media and cult following on Instagram and YouTube.

They also have Crazy Haired Girl aka Selma Kambwela who is a lifestyle vlogger. She is well known for her unique cover songs and mashups of local and African songs and has a made a name for herself in Namibia’s YouTube community for her sense of humour.

OnlinewithElma is also another YouTuber who is a part of the AfriNam YouTube team. Her account is a lifestyle and health account with a specific interest in beauty and self-care.

There also a couple of other familiar and well-known faces in the AfriNam team, Pombili Shilongo, Sean K, Adora Kisting, Terra, Wambuseun, Ras Sheehama have been announced as AfriNam influencers.

Shona Ngava is a music journalist, educator, and blogger who aims to share more insight on how music impacts the average listener.
