In a little while, Dash Studios through NBC will host a show that is going to melt pots of many cooking influencers from all communities of Namibia driven by the passion for preparing traditional dishes with exceptional looks and mouth watering tastes.
According to the Executive Producer, Dalton Hashikoto, the show will be based on mapping traditional eateries as well as the way each dish is prepared will have to tell a story about each regions history and offer a glimpse of the local culture.
“The production is built on the premise that nothing defines people and their lifestyle more than their daily food,” Ashikoto said.
The cooks will be judged by 3 Namibian media personalities on their ability to give traditional cuisines a modern twist (creativity, presentation and taste) and the winner will get a prize.
