AKA to headline at Windhoek Pop-Up Festival in October

Bhova to perform at this year’s Pop-Up Festival.

Namibian AKA fans went wild on social media yesterday when organisers of the Windhoek Pop Up Festival revealed that he will be this year’s main act at the festival which is in collaboration with fashion designer Lorde EMH.

The announcement had tweeps in a frenzy of excitement as AKA fans shared their thrill of meeting and dancing to his music in Windhoek.

This October’s event is under the theme We Are Art and is expected to feature a series of art, food, drinks as well as music. The organisers have also emphasised that their event will be graced by the best in the industry in terms of artists.

The featured and world renowned designer took to his Instagram and told his fans what they can expect saying:

” We are bringing an experience. All cultures all ethnic join to live it up at Windhoek Pop-Up Festival. Lords EMH “TIME TO MAKE NAMIBIA KNOWN” Exclusive merchandise will also be available at the festival. Hoodies, T-shirts, Trucker caps. 5000 pieces only.”
