Queen of Soul is all guns out and shooting her shot!

It all started singing in the church choir with her parents to working her way up to the mainstream successfully. Now, Alta Ouses wakes up to DM’s responded by none other than American creative Diplo! Well, believe it because that’s exactly what happened to our songbird, Alta Ouses, who sent two singles to the American DJ and because he loved it so much suggested that they make a song one day.

The soul singer told unwrap.online that this is a big step for her and truly an incredible feeling because he has worked with artists such as Beyoncé and Usher that she looked up to growing up.

Thomas Wesley Pentz, commonly known as Diplo is an American DJ, songwriter, record producer and a member of at least four bands.
He has been associated with DJ Snake, Justin Bieber, Madonna, Britney Spear, Chris Brown and so many other musicians.

“What a dream come true! I couldn’t believe it at first, I was star struck. I immediately said yes, we are trying to work on something the plan was for me to fly to California this year and so some recording but due to COVID-19 I will be recording from home,” said Alta Ouses.

Since her discovery in 2014 when she performed at an event called SongNight, she released singles until she dropped her debut 13 track album titled ‘Eish, LOVE!’ and has also worked with South African hip-hop artist Shabzi Madallion.

Her first heartbreak in high school inspired her into writing love song that she wrote love songs in her head and her album, “Eish, LOVE!” has more of a love influence but she is also all about women empowerment.
If that isn’t enough, the artist is currently a NAMA nominee in the category best RnB for her song “Believe in love part 2” featuring Djay, which is also one of the singles she sent to Diplo.

“I love Diplo! Who doesn’t? not only is he a great and down to earth person but I think his sound is really unique and it suits my style. I’ve been a fan of his since I found out he produced climate, Look at me now and Paper planes,” said Alta Ouses.

Alta Ouses, said that she believes music is just music and it speaks the same language no matter where you are from.
