Bow down to Lioness, queen of visuals

When they say there is nobody that does it better than her, they were not lying as Lioness shows just why she is a superstar in her latest singles visuals, Superstar.

After teasing the now released video, the song finally comes through and it is nothing short of her usual delivery. the exceptionally conceived video is a cinematic wonder with fantastic visuals throughout. The production team has done a tremendous job in making this an excellent short film. It has a proper old fashioned style storyline to it were Lioness is seen making her statement that she is a Superster , with a beginning, a middle and an ending that wraps everything up in a nice little bow. Lioness’ Superstar is like theatrics, it’s that good.

Lioness linked up again with Zambian hit producer DJ Pother who delivered her hit single Dreams in her early days, the duo made sure to go hard and home with the single’s visuals that just a few hours after loading on YouTube has over a thousand views.

In the song Lioness raps in her native language Oshiwambo, exposing her fans to yet another catchy relatable chorus. Lioness reinforces that she is adamant about stepping into stardom and demanding recognition on a global platform.

As the saying goes, it takes a village, Lioness worked with the best in the game to bringing out the production including styling by Penehafo Vaeta, Abisai Iileka and Nandii Martin, Micheal Rain and Marchel Linus on the choreography with the director being Kevin Perestrelo proving, that unity is possible in the industry and a need.

With a performance like this, we’re sure to be in for another treat when the streets open up again or should she drop another banger.
