Cassidy Karon is one who has always portrayed purely organic work be it in his fashion work or music.
ChainGemini second single from 80’s Mercedes sees artists Cassidy Karon and Romi in sync with their body, mind and soul using a variety of fonts and styles brought to life through rhythmically timed lighting.
“ I always want my art to be as real and organic as possible, it should always tell a story about my beliefs or train of thought. Once I knew what i was saying and wanted to portray, all I now had to do was find a creative means,” says Cassidy Karon.
“We also were looking to have a few WTF moments in the video, and we really had to think out of the box for that. Like the shot in between Römi’s long hair as it is being pulled, that’s a great moment,” he says.
The appealing contemporary piece was shot by renowned videographer Reggie who has over and over proven that simplicity and poetry can be achieved in music videos.
