Celebrities fundraise and using their platforms for good

Namibian personalities open bank account and fundraise for Twaloloka victims.

A number of Namibian personalities have pledged to promote social justice causes with the latest to help the Twaloloka fire victims rebuild their community.

Leading one of the latest fundraising movements, comedian and actor Pombili had a bank account with BuildIt Walvis Bay opened for the course says the money, once it reaches the goal amount.

“I urge all Namibian influencers to contribute an amount of N$ 100 to reach the targeted goal of N$ 100 000 that will be used to purchase material,” he stated.

Personalities including Helena Ngaifiwa used their birthday as an initiative to have the public donate funds towards the fire victims.
