DJ Maggz to take part in Reckless Kazi

Reckless Kazi announces their 7th participant, Namibia’s very own, DJ Maggz!

An event that breaks through gender stereotyping by promoting the position of young African women in the electronic music industry, is the Reckless Kazi in Lusaka, Zambia. With the day’s closing in before the best female DJ’s around SADC start spinning decks, it’s comforting to know that Namibia will be coming in hard with DJ Maggz.

DJ Maggz was selected as a Redbull ambassador earlier last year, has about six years of experience as a DJ, is recognised as a sound technician and has worked with some of the biggest artist in Africa like Davido, Cassper Nyovest, Da Capo to name a few. All while balancing on being a devoted mother, multitasking has nothing on her.

The international Kazi DJ Party will take part on 6 December at the Fox & Hound where DJ Maggz and other international DJ’s will be spinning desk at what is expected to be the biggest raves.
