South African Rapper Emtee’s 2019 has started off on a very rocky note. The artist signed Under Ambitiouz Entertainment recently went on a social media rant about issues he has with his label.
He shared uncertainty around music that he’s made in the studio but he will never know if the public will ever get to hear it.

He continued further airing his frustrations about why he does not drop music videos as often and why he can’t be on tour anymore citing that the label makes those decisions for him.
Emtee feels he is being held captive by the label and thus cannot work with his favourite artists in the industry.

He mentioned all the awards he has won, TV/internet shows he has been on and went as far as mentioning a Namibian Annual Music Award (NAMA) he won in 2017.
In a true Hip-hop fashion other South African rappers showed their support to Emtee. Reason gave his opinion on whether artists should sign to labels or not and how labels should deal with their artists.
We hope Emtee sorts out his label issues and continues dropping some great tunes.
