Actors from the National Theater of Namibia (NTN) have developed an Instagram based series called “Thespian Talents”, aimed at giving insight on aspects of acting.
The series covers topics from preparation to the final product showcased on stage.
Their series also captures ideas, themes, experiences, moods and feelings to the audience.
The most recent episode is based on digesting the creative process of one of the Theatre’s prolific thespians by Former Miss Namibia Odile M. Gertze.
Her episode covers character creation and development.
“Who your character is can be found in the script, you just have to pay attention. The way she reacts, the way she talks, the way she feels, thinks. All of that can be discovered,” she said.
