Great hits to come out of Emtee Namibian collabos

Namibian artists had a terrific time with Emtee, a South African rapper, during his brief visit to Namibia. The rapper paid visits to other towns in the vicinity, including Ondangwa, where he performed.

Emtee worked well with Namibian musicians, including Gazza, in the hopes of releasing trendy tunes for Namibian and South African audiences. “He was like, ‘Let’s work, let’s do something,’ and we did, but we still haven’t decided when or how it will turn out,” Gazza explained.

Emtee and Gazza have a long-standing working relationship, which Gazza views as friendly and calm.  “It’s always a pleasure to see him, and he exemplifies what it is to be a true hustler. The first time I worked with him, he accepted my request and didn’t charge me anything since he felt I was a legend, and he’s been following me since channel O,” he stated.

Mr Glo, the man behind some of Namibia’s most popular songs, has also teamed with Emtee on a song featuring Manxebe. “It was a fantastic experience; he is a genuinely kind guy who is laid-back but hardworking. You can all expect a fantastic song from us, as we will be releasing it shortly, so stay tuned,” he stated.

Manxebe, the kwaito star who accompanied Emtee from the north to the coast and back to Windhoek, recorded collaborations with Emtee and Loli Native, noting that they appeared fatigued after sleeping in the studio and performing fire songs. “I was able to produce two songs with (emteerecords), both of which will be released with music videos that we will shoot in South Africa as the number of gatherings becomes better, All I want to say to my fans is to keep supporting me, and I will continue to provide them with fantastic entertainment,” he stated.

Nga-I Ovitrap-King stated that he and Lolli _native, a South African musician signed to Emtee’s record company, are working on a song called ‘Hosea Kutako,’ which he produced. “Emtee is very chilled. He is easy to work with because we are both masters at what we do so we work fast. If everything goes according to plan, the song should be released by the end of July,” Nga-I said.
