Hozala’s Finest to take part in an inter-continental dance competition

We will be dancing in South Africa!

Namibian entertainment and social activism dance group Hozalas Finests have made the cut to take part in the Global Dance Supreme intercontinental competition. The event that is set to take place in December will see dancers from across Africa inducing Namibian Hozala’s Finest’s.

The event that will be held in South Africa Randburg is made possible by Global Dance Supreme, an organisation aimed at developing competitive events throughout the world.

The Namibian dancers took to their social mediums to share the news with their fans with a heartfelt caption that read:

“Hozzzzzaaaala! Your favorite entertainers will be representing Namibia amongst the best dance groups in DA WORLD!!!! SOUTH AFRICA IS CALLING OUR NAME! Thank you for loving us. Your passion drives our growth. We gonna do you proud. Hozalas Finest!!!!
The spirit of Ubuntu guide us,” they said.

Over 25 countries will compete at the 2019 Inter-Continental Dance Championships from 26-29 September at Walter Sisulu Hall, Randburg.

Global Dance Supreme has chosen Johannesburg again to be the host since it as a cosmopolitan city and Walter Sisulu Hall in Randburg has been selected as the ideal venue for excess, transport purposes, there are also two Halls, Lapa next to the venue, many accommodation options, various Hotels in the area and Cresta Mall (Shopping Centre) is less than 5km from venue, there is plenty parking options also Guatrain buses drop off and pick up is available at nearby Bright Water Commons for all participants and spectators commuting to and from Sandton City and airport .
Some of the World’ Best Choreographers will host dance workshops on 27 September.



The schedule during the time frame of the competition includes: 26 Sept – South Africa Qualifier
27 Sept – Workshops & Inter-Continental 2vs2 Battles
28 Sept – Africa & Inter-Continental Dance Championship – Semi Finals
29 Sept – Africa & Inter-Continental Dance Championship – Finals
