Referring to his new album titled Self Control the rapper says his music sets him apart from many other rappers in Namibia. “My latest album “self control ” speaks for itself but I’ll elaborate more on why I say I’m the best rapper in Namibia . My music speaks to souls I’m like the inner voice to everybody that listens to my music,” he says.

The rapper said he is in a league of his own and should not be compared to Namibian rappers. “I’m incomparable, all this other so-called rappers are not rapping they are mumbling you cannot hear or understand what they are saying,” he emphasised. According to Gurd Grill he keeps it real in his music and is honest about what raps about unlike many other Namibian rappers. “They have imaginary things that they rap about and that’s for few of them that can rap but not make sense. I’m different I have all the elements , the flow ,the skill, wordplay and I’d say I’m best,” he concluded.
