Having taken a musical hiatus since the passing of his father earlier this year, Kalux is back in the game with more to offer. The superstar who has released a handful of work ranging from videos and singles revealed to unWrap.online that he will be on this working tip for the rest year.
The award-winning artist says being in the music industry during the pandemic has allowed him to dig deeper into his creativity to stay relevant.
For his latest single titled Krem, the superstar worked with comedian Ousi Ebs who announced the news during her hilarious 8 o’clock bulletin. Kalux also used a preorder system on which the public can request for the song. Half of the proceeds will be donated to the elderly and vulnerable members of Otjiwarongo.
“I had to get a new way of dropping the artwork and the responses are overwhelmingly positive. Releasing during the pandemic is now normal,” he said.
Despite the current situation taking a toll on many creatives’ mental states including his, Kalux says this lesson in disguise was necessary as he had some time to relax before getting back to business.
