Namibia is once again taking part in Miss University Africa and this time, represented by Kamary Mupupa.
Miss University Africa is a non-bikini pageant aimed at celebrating African beauty with brains and this year, runway and fashion model Kamary Mupupa will be representing Namibia. The very stoked Youtuber and model in an emotion-filled post on her social media stated that she looks forward to flying her country’s flag high and that she will need all the support she can get from home.
Established in 2009, The Miss University Africa pageant is aimed at celebrating beauties with brain, discourage indecent dressing amongst African students/youths, discover the innate potentials of African students, celebrate African culture/tourism, celebrate the African woman, African personalities, promote investment and reach out to the less privileged through the Miss University Africa Foundation.
In the past, renowned models including Maria Nepembe and Dillish Mathews have taken part and collected accolades in the Miss University Africa pageant.
