Kino’s fundraising braai weekend

Help Kino regain his eyesight by supporting his fundraiser braai.

Are you a lover of meat and all things braai? If so you are in for a treat that is for a good cause on 1 to 3 March. All proceeding will go to little Kino Kali was diagnosed with Neuromylitis Optica which caused him to blind. This has resulted in Kino to be on continuous medication to manage the disease.

Kino went blind in 2017 and he was unable to be diagnosed in Namibia, which led to seek for assistance in South Africa. In the process of looking up on the condition, the family found out about the Fedorov Restore Vision Clinic in Berlin Germany where they have had two consultations thus far. Since the treatment, Kino can now respond to low level light and hopefully he will be able to make out shadows.

The family will be having a fundraising braai to make ends meet for Kino’s next electrotherapy session in June this year. They have created a Go Fund Me account which indicates that they need N$ 838 200 which would cover the air tickets, accommodation, treatment, medical scans and tests. Donations can be made onto the the Go Fund Me account.
