KP Illest, Selma Kamanya and Skrypt join #FreeFlowCampaign

Join them in making a difference by donating today!

Miss Namibia 2018 and musicians Skrypt and KP Illest have joined forces to help make a difference to one of the social issues being faced in Namibia and the world at large. It is no secret that the lack of hygienic products particularly for young girls and women around has impacted their living hood. It is with this knowledge that the personalities decided to meet the UN House halfway and made a generous donation to the #FreeFlowCampaign that provides sanitary pads to girls in impoverished communities.

The donation was handed over yesterday and model Selma Kamanya took to her social media congratulating her partners for leading by example with the donations that make the monthly period a little bearable.

“We joined the #freeflowcampaign in their great attempt at providing sanitary pads to girls in impoverished communities. These two young men @kpillest @skryptmusic are stellar and exemplary examples of alleviating the dissociation stereotype associated with young men in our community. Thank you both for taking your social responsibility seriously. Let’s all “Be the change we wish to see in the world,” read her caption on Instagram.

KP Illest also took to his social media platforms and urged his followers to help in restoring dignity to girls and women in less fortunate situations.

“I pulled up at UN House with some friends and we did the do! Join us and stand with the #freeflowcampaign and @afriyan_namibian in trying to restore dignity to our females in less fortunate situations! If you’d like to donate please don’t hesitate to head down to the UN House or the NYC in Windhoek West, any number of pads will help and once the target is reached for Kavango East, they will be distributed to other needy areas! Join us in spreading the spirit of #Ubuntu,” he said on Instagram.
