In this moment, everything, bad or good, had a purpose. Self-doubt eliminated, strength multiplied and blessings showered down on me! My purpose was always to motivate young girls to aspire to be whatever their hearts desired! Thank you @cokestudioafrica and for believing in me! To my sisters @boity and @nazizihirji, the world is ours for the taking. Official video “switch it up” is out now!

The music video of Switch It Up which also features Nazizi from Kenya and Boity Thulo from South Africa was shot in South Africa. Lioness says the experience was phenomenal as she learned so much that she will put into practice at home.

According to her, the experience was made more special as the scenes in the video were shot and styled to their personalities. From all of this, Lioness has certainly made connections and friends for life from Boity Thulo and Nazizi which she refers to as her sisters.

“Coke Studio changed me as an artist and the experience was eye-opening. It is as if I see things with a different eye and it is all bright. I would say if the opportunity comes Namibian artists would grab it with both hands,” she said.

The styling for the video that is directed by@a_tlla was done by @sishi.express, makeup by @nikkipitso, her hair @emms_beauty_parlour.
