Lira to celebrate her birthday in Namibia

South African song bird Lira will be celebrating her birthday in Windhoek at the Warehouse Theatre this coming Thursday. The award winning singer took to her Twitter account sharing the excitement with her fans and inviting them to come and enjoy her birthday with a performance.

Lira who is no stranger to Windhoek will be turning 40 and opted to spend her day with her Namibian fans by having an exclusive performance. She is currently on South Africa’s The Voice talent show as a coach.


Lize Ehlers shared the news of being part of the line up in an Instagram post saying that she is excited to be opening for Lira, along side Sean Kamati.

This show is brought to you by Warehouse Theatre Windhoek and proudly sponsored by The Glenlivet, Schweppes, LEFA, River Crossing Lodge and Webtickets Namibia. Tickets are selling for N$250 in advance and N$300 at the door. The event starts at 20:00.
