The artist of the year Lize Ehlers tells us her upcoming Thailand trip!
Lize Ehlers this week was awarded one of her NAMAs prizes sponsored by travel agency Trip Travel. The singer who bagged many titles at the 2019 NAMAs and her husband will be jetting off for some quality time. unwrap.online caught up with the Fantastic Sam singer and here is what she plans on doing on her vacay.
unwrap.online(UN): What’s the importance of rejuvenation for a creative and your art?
Lize Ehlers(LE): I am looking forward to resting, rejuvenate and have some fun with my husband on this trip. I will do my mediations in the temples and just take a moment to not work because then that experience can give me new fuel to create, to even create based on my experience in Thailand.
UN: How often do you take a step back from your work to breathe and if not would you advise that?
LE: Not often enough, but I am learning that without rest there can be no good power to do the work I love. So it is a journey.
I just joined Herbaflair on a wellness journey of rejuvenation, detox, mediation and just taking a moment for myself. I think it is a very good thing.
UN: What would you be doing during your win holiday trip?
LE: I will be enjoying walks on the beach with my man, the Thai food, maybe a boxing match and then to go to the islands and face my huge fear of diving.
