M.I.G take one for the region live tonight

By: Lina Kambungu

The Kavango Region has finally entered the chat, musically to show us their artistic side and finally set the limelight on them, and to tell us not everything art is Windhoek only.

Tamwa and Werah Hub Space have come together to give us a live performance by M.I.G, who will be giving an exclusive project and update the nation on what to expect from them.

This hip hop music group released a fire single titled Gang Gang back in 2019 and is working even harder to give us something.

“We have been doing music as a group for 10 years now, but professionally we’ve been in the industry for about 4-5 years”.

Speaking of the work done and work to come as well as the years they have been in the industry, the Tjaka Waya singers say it’s all part of the bigger picture.

“There is no pressure so we take our time to create. Yes, of course, we are still moving, its gon be a long journey,”says M.I.G.

Tamwa and Werah Hub Space believe this will help the artist grow at a fast pace and it will help them produce quality products in their comfort zones, so there will be a need to travel to the city for quality products.

They can export world standard quality art to the world from their home towns.

Make sure to catch M.I.G perform live on Instagram @werah_cafe_theatre, on Saturday at 19:30.
