The Man of the World is an international male pageant with the aim of creating the next generation of ambassadors as well as giving young men the opportunity to be the advocate for global rights to education. Held in the Philippines every year, the winner goes on to tour the world carrying the message of education, the importance and works with different organizations in different countries to make sure each child is granted an opportunity to education.
Last year Namibian male model and activist Kennedy Amadhila flew the Namibian flag high in the Philippines where he was awarded the fashion of the world award as part of the preliminary activities. Amadhila went on to win several awards such as the Simply You Magazine Favourite Male model of the year 2019 and Katutura fashion week Male model to look out for award and he worked with a few schools to bring the importance of mental health in school under his platform Mental health in Education
This year we are looking for a new Namibian ambassador to carry on the work. The search is on for MAN OF THE WORLD NAMIBIA 2020. Entries are now open and will close by the end of March. We are looking for Namibian male models between the ages of 18- 38 years, at least 1.70m tall and with a zill for Life.
