Minsozi Kompeli to represent Namibia at Miss Glam in India

Dreams do come true and Kompeli is a testimony.

Top 12 2014 Miss Namibia contestant and current second runner up Miss Republic 2018 Minsozi Kompeli will soon be jetting off to India for the Miss Glam pageantry.


Miss Glam World is an international beauty pageant that seeks to find the most beautiful and talented women around the world to learn and teach each other as a tool for women empowerment around the world, held in India, this prestigious pageant is produced by the House of Pegasus.

26-year-old Exam Officer with the International University of Management, Minsozi Kompeli will be the first Namibian woman to this pageant. Kompeli is represented by Pageant Girls by Bobby K under the directorship of pageant director Bobby Kaanjosa, who selected Kompeli as the ideal woman to represent Namibia in this year’s Miss Glam World. The pageant takes place in India from 20 to 28 April.


Kompeli who is super excited says “I have been modeling since I was five, so representing my country on an international level is a big step for me and a dream come true”.

She also said she would like to showcase her potential and personality and use this platform to encourage many young girls out there not to give up on their dreams.
