Miss Namibia faces grim reality

Reigning Miss Namibia Nadja Breytonbach
has said her recent visit to Tsumeb’s Side by Side Early Intervention Center has shown her a glimpse of the harsh realities faced by non profit organisations in disbursing their duties.

” If anyone deserves a crown is each and everyone working for this nonprofit. What a privilege to use my qualifications and title for a beautiful cause, ” she said.

Nadja will be holding the title for the second time as the pageant will not be hosting the event due to the global pandemic.

” I have been given the lifetime opportunity to carry the honour and responsibility as Miss Namibia for another year. I want to make the best out of it. It is going to be difficult to juggle my both my internship as a psychological councillor and that is why I want to focus on one special organisation,” she said.
