Naturale skincare products owner insults model for querying about her late payment.

Once again, an incident has proven that customer relations and workmanship are not strong points in many Namibian workplaces. This came to light as a local model Uatjiri Mbaisa shared her ordeal with the owner of renowned skincare products, Naturale. Uatjiri this morning shared screenshots where she is being verbally abused by Naturale founder Giuliana Sheehama for demanding their payment for advertising her products.
Naturale is a Namibian owned organic skincare line that sells a blend of sweet almond and coconut oil for hair and skin treatment for a clean, clear and moisturised skin.

The model has been contracted by Naturale team to promote these products on their social media pages. Screenshots of communication between the models and Sheehama shows how Sheehama persistently cursed and scolded her for asking for her payment. Even though Uatjiri approached the matter in good faith, she was insulted and accused of using a ‘tone’ which she does not like and behaving badly.

Naturale clients have since come out, sharing troubles they have encountered when having to deal with the Naturale team vis screenshots with responses being made in aggressive tones.
Other models who have promoted the products in the past including singer Sean K have come out saying they have been blocked without receiving their payments till today. When unwrap.online contacted a number provided on the social mediums of Naturale, a response was received which read:
“You have nothing to do with my business and I don’t owe you an explanation.”
It’s about time people start realizing their worth and exercising their rights…. It’s very disappointing to hear that a local brand dealer can be so rude to people who want to promote loca products as for me and my house I will never buy that product and I hope the law catches up with them(NATURALE) and they pay the clients who have already delivered their service.
Indeed,
