MTF offers webinar on mixing and deliverables

The process of massaging a sound to achieve a perfect soundscape that’s pleasing may certainly not be a simple task. The process comes with certain standards and mix engineers are too often faced with delivering their work to the specific needs of the job or client.The MultiChoice Talent Factory (MTF) will be hosting its sixth webinar geared towards mix engineers.

The webinar forms part of a series of eight Dolby Audio Webinars offered by MTF in Partnership with Dolby Institute.The webinar titled ‘Mixing and Deliverables’ will be hosted by Vikram Joglekar, a senior content manager at Dolby Labs and Quinton Schmidt, a senior manager operator partnership at Dolby Labs. It offers fundamental guidelines creatives can follow for superb mixing of their content and make it a thousand times more listenable.

Further, the webinar aims to equip mix engineers with skillful mixing techniques and guidelines for baking in their production choices.The one hour webinar takes place on Thursday, 21 May 2020 from 13:00.
