According to the show’s spokesperson, it will focus on vocalists in all musical genre including choirs, rappers, dance hall to name a few.
” If you are a vocalist from all parts of Namibia this is your chance. So it’s basically a singing show where contestants would be judged to determine the best out of Namibia and one winner will walk away with N$100 000,” said Ndapewa Ambambi.
She further stated that “We decided to come up with this idea because we wanted to create exposure, jobs, as well as to enhance quality and challenge new ways of production execution, skill development, contribute to the sustainable growth of the Namibian arts and entertainment industry and of course, finding raw talent when it comes to singing or rapping in Namibia.”
The judges are Dice, Daniel Nadunya and Lady May Africa will be the resident judges who will be featured by guest judges.
The three months seasonal reality show has commenced and will be airing weekly exclusively on The Search social media platforms and NBC.
