New music to lookout for

As we get closer and close to summer, more and more music is being released.

The month of August had seen a plethora of new music from seasoned musicians with the likes of Twazis, Emmanuel Rose (formerly known as LMPC), Livinge Dennis, Nally, Toufi, Yessonia, Don Kamati, KP Illest, Ethnix and King Elegant. Twazis released their new song titled ‘No No’ on YouTube; the song has a feel-good vibe to it with the storyline clearly depicting that one should never give up and always have hope, even if times are hard. Emmanuel Rose released a single Michael and Madonna, dedicating the rap song to his mother.

“THE OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO for MICHAEL & MADONNA by EMMANUEL ROSE IS NOW ON YOUTUBE. Happy Birthday, Mom. We love you,” he wrote on his Instagram.

Don Kamati and DJ Kboz also dropped a banger of a song titled ‘Maspenda’. The song is produced by super producer Chris Wayne and DJ Kboz is heard flexing his vocals on the second verse of the song.

KP Illest and Skypt came in guns blazing on KP’s latest track titled ‘Straight Up’ with hard-hitting raps and an even harder music video, which also features Top Cheri, who made a surprise appearance in the video.

Livinge Dennis (formerly known as Miss H) released his highly anticipated song and music video ‘Tell Em’. The music video was shot by Nautilus Studios and impressively highlights the beauty of Namibian culture.

King Elegant with his unapologetic charisma dropped ‘Mondamo’, an afro-pop record that would have anyone bopping their heads to the beat. The song is produced by DJ KBoz and the music video is available on YouTube.
