Nigerian megastar Wizkid halla’s at Florito

Afro-fusion artist Florito recently received a Wizkid appreciation DM.

“I am impressed with this record, big jam congratulations,” the hitmaker of the “made in Lagos,” album wrote in his DM, to which Florito replied, “Jesus Christ star boy?”

Florito recently told unwrap.online that the message came as a pleasant surprise.

“I was astonished and ecstatic because Wizkid is a huge artist, and him recognizing my hard work means a lot. It means that what I’m doing is good, and I’m in the right place. We also expressed our gratitude for his encouragement, and he said that he is willing to go to any length to help up and coming African musicians. Thanks to Kama Junior Vinga, my foreign manager,” Florito says.

Florito, who has collaborated with artists from all over the world and was featured on a Sony music entertainment project with Carla Prata and Orlando Rui has also released Pull Up ft. Gazza and LMpC.

When asked about his most recent hit, Dalilah, he says it’s about celebrating and appreciating beautiful women.

“This year saw the release of the smash-hit Delilah, on May 29th, I’ll be launching my music video. Dalilah was produced by Brown Klaxic, a mega-producer,” he said.
