This years first Night Under The Stars (NUTS) concert, will feature recording artist Bonganisoul and his band at Goethe-institut Namibia.
“I am super excited about the concert as i have the best band to jam with, who are seasoned artist themselves” he narrated.
It’s no surprise that his gospel background and wide vocal range can surprise an audience when combined with his energetic character. From choir to Afro-pop and jazz, Bonagisoul can do it all.
He is not new to the local music scene and has grown into a passionate vocalist and is currently a contestant in a singing competition called the Search Namibia, where he made it through to the Top 14 and also in studio working on an EP .
Furthermore, Bonganisoul told unWrap.online that the project entitled “35” speaks to the coming of age for Bonganisoul in his music career and at the same time pays homage to the person he became.
“In my latest project I collaborated with various producers to bring to live the ethnic-soul sound that will capture, move, inspire the souls of many” he said .
According to Bonganisoul he said that under the guidance of his producer Ponti Dikuua and manager Dazzle the project offers a mature and well captivating sound.
This soulful singer has performed at platforms such as The Boilerroom/Warehouse, Songnight, Jazz Festival and other Corporate gigs.
He has also been fortunate to share a stage with the phenomenal saxophonist Suzy Eises on her tribute show for Huge Masekela, when he starred as the legendary Huge himself on the production.
NUTS will be live on Friday 5 March at the Goethe Institut with only 40 people allowed in the venue and it will also be broadcasted live on their Facebook page.
