Big Ben and his record label Okinikini have welcomed new kid on the block Fasie Kay to their record label Okinikini after having stayed away from taking on other artists.
According to the award-winning Big Ben after listening to Kay for the first time, he was convinced that his talent is fresh and different, yet universal.
Fasie Kay is a performer, plays the guitar and sings songs that he writes himself and has recently released a new single titled ‘Mutima’ available on online.
He described the young artist as having the right attitude about music and life in general.
“I tried him out already in front of a crowd and he is clearly a better and younger version of myself. He also has the right attitude about music and life in general. Trust me, I endorse him and I don’t do that at all. He is the second artist I endorsed and that is significant in its own,” said Big Ben.
Currently, Okinikini Records has two performing artists but the brand also manages other talents such as songwriters and composers.
Big Ben told unwrap.online that they have stayed away from taking on other artists since their calendar has been so busy and doing so will make artists suffer. However, they have recruited more people on the team to ensure that all artists involved will get the attention that they need.
“We are not the kind of team that spends time and money looking like they are doing something, we will rather just start working. So no promises and no poses, we will just make the music and it will speak for itself,” Big Ben stated.
