Old Mutual Cap Classique and Champagne Festival delights bubbly fans

It was a champion galore and everyone loved it!

In honour of all things deliciously effervescent bubbly aficionados, decked out in white, flocked to the Windhoek Country Club Resort to sip and savour on top-notch Methode Cap Classiques (MCCs) and finest French Champagne last Saturday.

There couldn’t possibly be a better way to embrace the good-time season than by enjoying a few glasses of sensational bubbles at the Old Mutual Cap Classique and Champagne Festival.

A first of its kind in Namibia, the prestigious event showcased an array of bubbles complemented by a smorgasbord of delicacies. Brands such as Alvi’s Drift, Da Luca, Moët & Chandon, Krone, Pierre Jourdan, Simonsig and Paul Rene were at hand showcasing their premium MCC’s.

Despite a few thumbs down, festival-goers seem to have had fun.
