Wise words from the late Fimbiko to remember

Today Namibia lost a significant member of the entertainment industry, Fimbiko a musician.

The bubbly and ever so energetic singer passed away this morning was known of being a show stopper with his charms and easy to come smile. Mathews Fimbiko Shipushu besides being a hitmaker of award nominated songs such as Eengoma and Iimwaku, Fimbiko went beyond his musical gifts and would occasionally inspire the public with words on encouragement. Here are a few of our favourite quotes from the late Fimbiko.

  1. “Always aim to work hard so you reap the fruits of your effort. Other people are putting in the effort so when you see them don’t say they got it easy. You too can be like then and drive your expensive car.”

“All good things come from God and with him you can make your life beautiful.”

” In order for you to put money on the table, it will require careful consideration, knowledge, respect for others (fans) and hard work. It’s not easy to have a table full of money but work hard and don’t want to be told what to do.”

Fimbiko was also an actor with a production house that produced various short films including Okangungumani.

Many of his fans and personalities took time to pour out their condolences to the late sensation saying he was a blessing to be having around.
