Rapper KK reminds fans that Hairareb will hit screens soon

Cheesy and we like it as KK brags a bit on Instagram about his talents which include acting and rapping.

Rapper and actor Kadeen Khaoseb AKA KK just had to put it out there that he is a jack of all trades and no one should forget that. The Khaima singer who is also having a role in the upcoming movie titled Hairareb took to his Instagram just to remind his fans that the movie will be out soon and it is a must watch.

KK plays the villain and one of the antagonist roles in the film. In an interview with unwrap.online earlier this year, he revealed that he plays a manipulative, angry character who is a sociopath. The rapper says although he is a novice in the film industry if people support local filmmakers the industry will grow. “With support, the film industry can grow into something bigger,” he remarked. He says he learned a lot from his cast members and is grateful for having worked on the film.

“My favorite actor in the film is Hazel Hinda and she is supporting act on the film. It was a pleasure working with her,” he said.

The movie is about two strangers who reluctantly get into an arranged marriage, without expecting it, they fall in love with another. Their love soon proves to be deadly. It took the director of Hairareb Oshoveli Shipoh three weeks to shoot the film which he said was no easy task.

Hairareb was shot on a farm in the Kamanjab, Karibib and Otjimbingwe areas. Funded by the Film Commission of Namibia, the movie is executively produced by Dantagos Jimmy-Melani and Ellen Melani under Ndapunikwa Investments. Although the date of the premier is not yet announced, it seems like it will be sooner than later as hints are occasionally put out on their social mediums with the latest having the caption:

“The time is almost close where we introduce an unforgettable experience on the largest cinematic screen in Namibia. Premiere date to be announced soon. #HairarebMovie #NdapunikwaInvestments #NoMatterWhat.”
We sure can’t wait for it to hit the cinemas!
