Siba’s Adventures Johannesburg

One of Africa’s favourite foodies hits the streets of Jozi this month!

The Beloved celebrity chef, Siba Mtogana is back on our screens with her new adventure series through Johannesburg, South Africa, also known as the City of Gold. Don’t miss out on Siba’s Adventures Johannesburg from Thursday 25 April at 19H00 CAT on Food Network (DStv channel 175).

The show sees Siba head to one of her favourite cities, to uncover the tastiest bits of South Africa’s City of Gold. A place that’s reinvented itself almost overnight, with tons of trendy coffee shops, quirky restaurants, markets and food trucks serving the latest mouth-watering bites. Johannesburg is now on trend and the place to be seen and eat!
In each episode Siba treats us to some of her delicious simple recipes suitable for each foodie visit. From food on the go, to dishes for entertaining and family feasts as Joburg inspires Siba to create a menu from her trip.

“My new series is something a little different to what my avid viewers are used to. I am usually exploring the streets of Cape Town finding inspiration and bringing it back to my own kitchen. This series, I take to the streets of Joburg, to see what’s hot and trendy in the food scene in my neighbouring city,” says Siba Mtongana.

Siba has had a long-standing relationship with the Food Network channel and DStv, and this new show is an indication of how the platform continues to invest in African talent. The show also gives viewers an opportunity to view Jozi’s “HOTSPOTS” as well as the delicious cuisine they offer.
Don’t miss Siba as she adventures to some of the trendiest spots on Siba’s Adventures Johannesburg from Thursday, 25 April at 19H00 CAT on Food Network (DStv 175)
