The second biggest awards show in the entertainment industry have launched their 2019 awards show and announced some changes. Last year, the awards had 19 categories however this year, they decided to merge the categories favorite Radio Personality category leaving them with 18.

“Instead of having Favorite Male and Female Categories, we will just have one, favorite Radio Personality. We will do this until we feel that we can have them separately. The radio industry is big but there are few personalities hence the decision to merge,” said Helena Ngaifiwa the founder of Simply You Magazine.

This year’s theme is African royalty, unlike last year’s ceremony which took us on a trip back into memory lane. So yea, you must pull out your most Wakanda outfit and if you don’t have one, start getting it in order!
