Sunny Boy, Top Cheri debut on ViralCom

As other industries capitalise on technology and digitisation, Namibian artists to have gotten the program, to reap from their hard work and to curb piracy.

Speaking on the new platform Viral Com as the first artist to benefit from it, Sunny Boy says the launch of the platform is a huge help that can help artists especially during hard times such as the pandemic where large gatherings are prohibited.

“This system directly gives the fans their songs efficiently and artists get to see immediate results from their work. It’s the only way to survive for now until a time we come up with a method to benefit fully from our work, ” he said.

 Sunny Boy’s song featuring Top Cheri titled Feeling You by renowned producer Elvo is set to be released tomorrow on Viral Com and other platforms. According to Sunny Boy, working with the legendary producer who made his hits including Balance and Summer Time to mention was an honour and one for the books.

“You must never forget where you came from. Sometimes it’s better to go back to where you started you can get it all in order. I felt like he exposed us and he needs that as well, ” he said.
