Some do it for fun, while others do it for money and others for fame but guitarist Tadiwanashe Chiguvare aka Tad said he sticks to his guitar for the love of music.
Although still pretty new in the music industry, he has had several shows in Windhoek at the popular Pantry, Kalahari Coffee Shop and Cramers.
Just that, while others do it for their thirty seconds of fame, Tad plays the guitar for fun performing different covers.

He said his romance with the guitar started 15 years ago in 2005 when he owned his first guitar.
“Though I owned a guitar since 2015 I only started giving it proper attention in 2017, ” said Tad.
The guitarist said he had love for music back then but unfortunately had no inspiration. “I have always been keen on making music but at the time I had no real inspirations.” he said.

Tad adds that playing guitar is something he purely does out of love. “I play a bit of keyboard as well and recently started producing.”
The soft spoken guitarist said he is heavily inspired by the likes of Cory Wong, Gary Clark , Mark Letieri and Tom Misch. “As a guitarist I help to deliver music that can brighten someone’s day or provoke the audience to think deeper about issues, or simply inspire them.”
“However, it takes discipline, that’s the only way to not get consumed and stay on top of everything. Moreover, I’m currently not educating people but if one is interested in learning I’m happy to share the little knowledge I have,” Tad concludes.
