The return of the Fashion Soirèe announced

Get ready to witness one of the biggest fashion parties in the land of the brave for the second time around!

Hosted by three of Namibia’s fashion darlings; Reinhard Mahalie, Jay Aeron and Rumano Fabrishh, The Fashion Soirèe is the first of its kind in Namibia. More than just a party, this event is a platform where Namibian celebrities and the fashion-loving public party in style while interacting and networking during the biggest fashion event of the year. This fashion party takes place during Windhoek Fashion Week and has received a stamp of approval by Windhoek Fashion Week organizers as the first and only independent after-party for fashion week attendees.

Fashion parties are notorious around the world for having trend-setting celebrities mingle in style after some of the biggest fashion events. Who can forget the mega press garnered after Rihanna’s 2018 Met Gala After-Party? If you’re into fashion and love a fashion event, an after-party is a perfect way to end the night in style! While the Namibian fashion scene is still growing and evolving, an event like The Fashion Soirèe is one of the best ways of adding flair and excitement to the country’s premier fashion week.

“We want it to be a successful party, we want to have marquees at festivals and award shows, we want people to look forward to attending The Fashion Soirèe,” says Reinhard Mahalie says who is one of the talents behind the event.

In terms of the feedback received after the inaugural event, he says; “People really loved it, hence the reason we decided to bring it back this year”. The 2018 edition of the event was highly praised by fashion insiders who attended. The second Fashion Soirèe will take place during the Windhoek Fashion Week in November.
