King TeeDee previously known as The Dogg launches 280919.
Last year in June, The Dogg, founder of Mshasho Records announced his retirement from the music industry which was officially done at his This Is It concert.Today, he announced the launch of KingTeeDee and his concert through this years’ theme The Revelation of King TeeDee.
According to The One I Love singer, last year’s event was a success as a lot of positive partnerships and unity emerged.

“Last year, the public showed their love and support towards the music that Mshasho and other labels have produced for over the years. We, were amazed to see the amazing support from corporates and their involvement in the music industry. We saw a wonderful synergy between Namibia and Tanzania. Our Namibian music managed to cross our boarders and penetrate a different market. Diamond Platinumz and I managed to reached the number one spot on I tunes within a matter of days which shows the universal language through music,” said King Tee Dee.

For the second run, Poiyah Media has once more been entrusted to execute 280919 event in Windhoek with an expectation of 20 thousand in attendance. Founder of Poiyah Media, Ilke Platt was humbled to be part of such a big event.
“We must attest that being selected to host one of the biggest, if not the biggest
event in the country, event is an honour being entrusted by a brand that speaks volumes
and that no longer needs introduction, which is Mshasho.”

Platt further announced that all ticket details by officially launching the tickets via vendor Webtickets as from today.
“This year we allowed room for various suppliers, seeing the nature of this business. We would like to announce Webtickets as our vendor for all ticket sales throughout all Pick
n Pay stores country wide. Our tickets are officially on sale as from today and we urge the public to buy now and not wait for the last minute. Our target is set for 20 thousand
attendees and will not be able to exceed that amount if it surpasses on 28 September,” said Platt.
The organisers will allow music lovers to enjoy the early bird special which are as follows until 31 May. General N$30 Golden Circle N$100 and VIP N$500. As from 1 June
they be sold as follows; General N$50, Golden Circle N$150 and VIP N$750.
An opportunity to SME’s has been granted once more to those that would like to
showcase their products/services at this year’s event. “We urge all SME’s to apply for a
stand at this years’ event by contacting Poiyah Media via e mail info@poiyahmedia.net
to receive their application form. Each stand costs N$3,000 which will allow you to
showcase your product/services to 20 thousand attendees during the concert,” Platt re-iterated.
