WATCH: Jericho seeks redemption in new song

Talented gospel rapper, Jericho who has had his fair share of trouble with law amidst a few moments of brilliance in his career is back again

This time with a redemption song meant to rekindle his relationship with God

In a rather exciting video shared on Facebook, J-Tweezy reminds music lovers once again as to why he is the proclaimed rap guru. In the video, Jericho says he was simply perfecting one of his soon to released songs.

“ I got a couple of beats from the studio and since I can’t move to Windhoek so I want to introduce you to how I work. This is not perfect yet,” he said.

The incomplete song is about Jericho proclaiming his confirmed kingness from Jesus affirms the love of God within the rapper. The verse that Jericho performed on Facebook also speaks about his relationship with him, saying that many dont understand it however he takes control of everything.

“We are taking the word to the streets. Only God can judge me, this is the final truth and there is nothing they can do to me, Lord!”

Although it is unsaid as to when the song will come out, Jericho’s fans have all agreed that it is a song they look forward to listening to.

Jericho was recently nabbed for robbery alongside a friend. The duo allegedly robbed the victim of his wallet which contained N$ 300 and personal documents as well as two cellphones. The King of rap who turned to God officially last year has had quite the journey in the industry as he has walked the hardest paths that lead him to drugs, alcohol as well as jail.

Despite his troubles, the one thing that has remained with him is the lyrical ability that had him crowned titles including the 2011 ‘Male Artist of the Year, at the NAMAs.
