WATCH: Meet the Supranational national costume

Inspired by the midnight sky that you can only see in the vast Namibian desert, Julita Kitwe Mbangula’s costume represents the hopes and dreams of Julita and the shooting stars her aspirations.

“Growing up in Namibia, every night when you look up in the sky there’s a beautiful skyline staring back at you. We are taught every star represents a human soul, their dreams, aspirations and goals,” she said.

The Miss Supranational takes place tonight at 19:30 on the event’s YouTube channel.
