Celebrate Namibia with Tafel Lager in a minute, thirty seconds video!
It seems like Namibia Breweries Limited’s Tafel Lager is one brand that every year, look forward to the Independence Day celebrations countrywide and what we love about their efforts is how they ensure the projects sparkle with creativity. For this year, Tafel Lager issued a video titled Celebrating 30 years of unity featuring veteran actor David Ndjevera narrating a poem on the land of the brave.
This year still, in celebration of Namibia’s independence, Tafel Lager is one of the main sponsors for the much anticipated Independence Day Celebrations concert. The event taking place on 21 March at the Hage Geingob Stadium will see acts from Namibia such as TKB, Gazza, Lize Ehlers, Top Cheri, and Otjinate to mention a few as well as talents from across Africa including Tiwa Savage, D’Banj and Master KG.
Speaking at a media briefing recently, MTC’s Chief Human Capital Tim Ekandjo said the tickets which are N$ 50 are priced at a lower rate to allow everyone an opportunity to witness one of the biggest musical concerts.
“The tickets are selling extremely fast because this is not an event for commercial gain, we set ticket prices as affordable as possible to ensure everybody gains access to the stadium. We will not be selling tickets at the stadium or at the gate, we, therefore, encourage the public to
buy their tickets in advance at Webtickets,” he said.
Last year, Tafel lager celebrated Namibia’s 29th birthday with the Beat of Namibia project that saw some of Namibia’s best entertainers collaborate on one song.
