Titled Motivation, chapter six looks at the importance of the title in question, the different types of motivation that exist and the common reactions to motivation. Without giving much away, the author asks the question of why people don’t do what they are meant to do or why they do not do better and his response is the missing spark of motivation.

“Motivation comes from a persons belief system. This means that one needs to believe in what they do and accept responsibility, ” he says.

When people believe and accept responsibilities to their actions, the author says that they become more productive and relationships improve.

” Life becomes more meaningful and fulfilled after a person’s basic physical needs are met, emotional needs become a motivator, ” he says.

The book which is referred to as a cookbook is a construction manual that describes common obstacles and gives one tools to overcome them. To be launched on 29 November, Winning Season: The power of small wins is currently available for pre-order via the book’s social media platforms in three different options.
