“Motivation comes from a persons belief system. This means that one needs to believe in what they do and accept responsibility, ” he says.

When people believe and accept responsibilities to their actions, the author says that they become more productive and relationships improve.

” Life becomes more meaningful and fulfilled after a person’s basic physical needs are met, emotional needs become a motivator, ” he says.

The book which is referred to as a cookbook is a construction manual that describes common obstacles and gives one tools to overcome them.
