Honeymoon Fudge is inspired by the beat says Yessonia and the lyrics followed suit. According to the starlet, she wanted a song that resonates with everyone although it is dedicated to married couples to rekindle their relationships. The much confident singer also says another reason she made the hit song is to break norms around sex in Namibia.
“Namibians are afraid to get down to sexy songs so I’m breaking the norm. If it’s American it’s ok but if it’s Namibian it is questioned. That’s why we never go far with our talents,” she said.
To make the banger song, Yessonia worked with recently nominated producer Andrew on the beat and a South African who loved her work. The song is available on iTunes for download and streaming.
