Young-T’s independence views causes an uproar

Namibian artist Young -T pisses off fans as he claims “boers” governed better.

And just like that, without warning Young-T said: “fuck your lil independence day”.

According to Youth-T the “Boers” built this country for us and ensured basic sanitation.

While most people observed a moment of silence to observe 29 years of independence, Young-t posted on social media “bring the Boers back, they were ten times better at constructing this country for all of us and providing basic services to the communities. All you black politicians are a bunch of self-enriching fake prophets.”
However, while his post took a few likes some of his fans did not entirely agree with him.

Nuclear Nathan urged Young-T not to just sit, watch and complain. “I am glad to be independent? I appreciate it. But the people in this country need to change their ways for real. Blood was shed for you ungrateful mf, so happy independence,” said Nathan.

Another fan Nestor Ileni stabbed at Young-T saying “one hit song and you are already insulting the Namibian flag.”

The Itandiino singer then made a video explaining his views further and also made it clear that he did not tag or address his post to anyone.
